Still Here!!

Well - it is funny that the last post is me telling everyone that I am pregnant, and this one is going to be a pic of the big belly, naming, and my baby shower! Time flies :) I am currently almost 32 weeks, and feeling it! Who knows when the baby will come - I am measuring consistently 6 weeks big - so we will see. I know some of you are dying to see how big the belly is - I don't take to many pics - but I am going to get some professional ones done this week - I will post those soon. My shower was this weekend, and my sis did the BEST job! It was perfect and beautiful - she knows my taste better than anyone else! And what you have all been waiting on - THE NAME!!! We have decided to name our little boy (oh yes, it is a boy - forgot to blog about that) after the 2 men that have been the most spiritually influential to Chris, and not to mention the most encouraging to him - Tom Archer (my father), and Brent Mitchell (our youth pastor and the man who performed our wedding ceremony). So without further ado - his name will be ARCHER MITCHELL HILL. Enjoy the pic!

Christmas was so fun this year! The kids are really at an age that makes it so enjoyable. It was just the four of us this year, but we had a great lazy day! We opened gifts in the morning, played all day, went to IHOP for dinner with friends (only place open), and saw Bedtime Stories at the movies (great movie BTW). Before Christmas, Miss Phoebe was in the Nutcracker (she does this every year), we had big fun at our school parties, and the kids went ice skating for the first time! We also have some other big news - we are having another baby!!! I know this might come as a surprise with our children being 6 and 9, but we could not be happier! The kids are so excited, and Phoebe and Silas tell everyone they can. I am due in August, so stay tuned for big belly pics!!!

Well - Chris had to be out of town flying when the kids got dressed up, so it was all on mommy's shoulders this year! Miss Phoebe was wearing bright red lipstick (she was wonder woman), and I guess I was not paying attention when I took the pics, but it is all over her teeth :) I might not be sharing those! Here are a couple to satisfy all of you who can't sleep at night waiting for pics of our kids :)

Well - we have had a very busy last couple of weeks, and I thought I would post some pics! For those of you who don't know, Chris has gotten a new pilot position with a cargo company flying Short 360's. This job was completely handed to him, and we give God all praise and thankfulness for allowing Chris to follow his dream! He had to go to New York for 2 weeks for training - we all missed him horribly - we have never spent that much time apart since we met at the age of 15 :) I turned the big 30 on Sept. 21st, and got to go spend a weekend with my parents in Seattle sans kids. Our kids got to spend their first weekend away from both their parents at Aunt Abby and Uncle Christian's house! I did not have the camera in Seattle because Chris had it in New York, but we had a blast. My parents and I went shopping, we rode the ferry into Bainbridge Island, and I finally got to go to my parents "biker" church and meet all of their friends. Thanks to my father -n- law for the plane ticket!! In sadder news - our beloved bunny Leo from the last blog passed away while I was in Seattle - pray for sweet Phoebe if you think of her :) Enjoy the pics!

First Day of School and Bunnies :)

Well, I thought I would post some pics of the kids on their first day of 1st and 4th grade. I have to admit that I am a little bit sad - my baby will now be away from me from 8-3 every school day! I guess now I will have more time for real estate, cleaning, errands, cooking, etc. :) As you can see - we are still animal crazy, and here are some recent pics of the bunnies - Leo (black) and Einstein!

This past Saturday, Chris and I went to Nan Mullens wedding - well, now she is Nan Peters :) We are so excited for her - God is so loving, and He is so sweet to bring Ted into her life! I don't know that I have ever seen her happier. It was really great to see a lot of REALLY old friends - people Chris and I don't get to see very often. I thought I would post a few fun pics - recently I got my hair cut, and wouldn't you know that Mendy and I ended up looking like twinkies :) I hope you enjoy the pics!
